Elevate Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • House cleaning

  • Apartment cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Airbnb cleaning

  • Deep cleaning services

2. Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Service times are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing is based on the type, size, and condition of the property. Final pricing may be confirmed after consultation. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property

  • Securing pets during cleaning

  • Removing valuable or fragile items when possible

  • Ensuring water and electricity are available

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address the issue.

6. Free Oven Cleaning Promotion

First-time customers may qualify for a free oven cleaning promotion. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Liability

While we take great care in our services, Elevate Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed

  • Loss of items not secured or reported

  • Damage caused by improper installation or structural issues

8. Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

9. Changes to Terms
